Reset Values: When you are training you have 'Reset' button that is available if you should want to override the Training Manager.  When you press that button the current Momentum and Learning rate will be reset to values on this tab. 

Iterations Per Cycle: This value can be modified to increase training speed at the expense of user control.  Network will train faster but you wont be able to stop training or see feedback as quickly.
